On the day, your guide meets the group and takes it from there. ## Pricing guidance Exact pricing depends on the experience, group size and add-ons. These are typical ranges so you can budget before you reach out. Private tour from $59 per person, minimum 6 - Any public experience, just your group - 90 minutes to 2.5 hours - Guide gratuity optional Half-day program from $129 per person - Tour + workshop or cruise - Dedicated organizer - Snacks or lunch stop arranged Custom and multi-day quoted per event - Bespoke itinerary across LA or SF - Transport and venue coordination - Multiple guides and groups ## Questions corporate planners ask What is the minimum and maximum group size? Private tours start at 6 guests. There is no maximum: we add guides and run parallel small groups of up to 12 so everyone can hear and ask questions. How far ahead should we book? Two weeks is comfortable for a single tour; four to six weeks for multi-activity or multi-day programs, especially in spring and fall. What is the cancellation policy for groups? Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the event, and headcount can change up to 72 hours before. Weather cancellations are rescheduled or refunded in full. Can you accommodate dietary needs and accessibility? Yes. Tell us in the form and we choose routes, venues and food stops to match. How do we pay? A secure card link or ACH for the deposit, and one invoice for the balance. We can also provide a W-9 and vendor forms.
