## How custom works with a coalition of independent designers

Every igniTours guide is also a researcher. A custom experience gets matched to the designer whose specialty fits, and you get their expertise, not a script.

## What custom costs

Custom work includes research time, so it is priced per experience rather than per seat. The estimate in the builder uses these same ranges.

Custom walk

## Questions we get asked

How much lead time do you need? 

Three weeks for a custom walk, six weeks or more for multi-day programs, since venue access and research take time.

Is the estimate in the builder binding? 

No. It is a range based on our standard rate card so you can budget before you reach out. The written quote is the real price.

Do you run custom experiences outside LA and SF? 

Occasionally in the Bay Area and Greater LA. Ask, and we will be honest about whether we can do it well.

What is the deposit and cancellation policy? 

A 30% deposit holds the date and covers research. It is refundable up to 14 days before the event; the balance is due 7 days before.
