We want everyone to be able to plan and book an experience with igniTours.

This website

ignitours.com is built to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA: every page works with a keyboard, images carry descriptive text, colour contrast meets the standard, videos are muted by default and motion is reduced for visitors who ask their device for that. We test with screen readers and automated tools before each release. If something does not work for you, email accessibility@ignitours.com and we will fix it and help you book another way.

On our tours

Each experience page states whether the route is wheelchair and stroller friendly or includes stairs and uneven ground, and how far we walk. Our guides are happy to adjust pace and route where the city allows. Service animals are always welcome. Tell us about any access needs when you book, or contact us before you book, and we will let you know honestly what we can do.
