Privacy policy

Effective date: November 1, 2026. This policy explains what Independent Tour Coalition LLC, trading as igniTours, collects when you visit ignitours.com or book with us, and how we use it. Questions: info@ignitours.com.

What we collect

  • When you book: your name, email, phone number and country, the names of guests in your party if the experience requires them, your booking details and any note you leave. Payment card details are entered on our booking provider’s secure payment page and never reach our servers.
  • When you contact us or request a quote: what you type into the form, your email and, if you give it, your phone number.
  • Automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and our analytics tools described below.
  • On your departure page: the link we send you after booking shows your own booking details. It is private to you; do not share it.

How we use it

To run the experience you booked, send your confirmation and departure details, answer your messages, prepare quotes, comply with tax and accounting law, prevent fraud and abuse, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We send marketing email only if you opt in, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and consent

Strictly necessary cookies (your session, cart and consent choice) are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies are off until you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Retention

Booking records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Form submissions are deleted after 24 months. Departure-page links expire 30 days after your experience. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA, including the right to know and delete; we do not sell personal information. Email info@ignitours.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Our site and bookings are for adults. A parent or guardian books on behalf of children in their party.

Changes

We will post changes here and update the effective date. Significant changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.

Cookies and your choices

Which cookies we set and how to change your choice at any time, including the California "do not sell or share" opt-out, is explained on the Cookie policy page. The Cookie preferences link in the footer reopens the consent window.
